The Ambassadors’ Spouses Association in The Hague enjoyed its Christmas Lunch this year in a Mediterranean atmosphere as it was hosted at the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus on Wednesday 3 December. Forty guests representing over 37 different nationalities attended, among whom the board of IWC (International Women’s Contact The Hague) board. Hostess Vasso Kouros, spouse of the Cypriot ambassador, had arranged that all dishes where from Cypriot recipes by a Cypriot chef who came to cook especially for the event. And the desert was a Cypriot Xmas recipe made only on Xmas days.
